Back in March, I had the opportunity to work with Kelly and Brendan in order to capture their big day! The first thing Kelly said to me when we first met was, "our wedding is going to be a party." And it was. Both of them are so welcoming and fun to be around, you can't help but notice the effect they have on others.
Kelly and Brendan have an incredible love story that has been going on for 13 years. They met at Flagler College and were best friends for many years. After dating shortly, they both packed up and moved to Hawaii to live in a Ford Bronco for a little over a year. To some people that's crazy, but to Kelly and Brendan it just seemed right.
After they moved back to St. Augustine, they opened up Big Island Bowls to share delicious Hawaiian cuisine. This was also a way they could share their easy going and fun personalities with the place that brought them together.
Out of all of the St. Augustine weddings I have worked on, the weather on their day was the best. It made for a perfect day to capture the couple with the sun shining on them. This will be a wedding I'll remember for a while!

Kelly and Brendan's wedding was planned by Coastal Celebrations. The ceremony was held at The Oldest House and their reception was held at The Treasury on the Plaza.
