I started Aqueous Films right out of college in 2014. My goal was to make stories that emotionally impacted and resonated with people. I applied that goal to my company and found that there was a need for that in the industry. And the rest it history.
How we like to operate
It's always been important for me to tailor make our process, our crew and our voice to the partner we're collaborating with. The whole point is to use my creative vision and meld it into your video goals.
So whether that's using a small crew or large crew, a quick turnarond or long term partnership, an epic documentary or a social media series, we figure out what's best for you.
Why Aqueous? a·que·ous - of water
My late father - who was also a business owner- use to tell me, "Make sure to be flexible. People and industries change so quickly, different partners have different expectations. You have to remain pliable."
I took this and translated it to "be like water". As an homage to him - I named my company Aqueous Films.

We work with trusted crew members all across the state and country. We'll build the crew based off of each projects specific needs. This all depends on budget, location and creative decisions.
We thrive working with small and large crews. But no matter what our creative touch will always be evident in each film we make. We direct and create from start to finish.
At our company, we've embraced a versatile approach to production. From Christian's solo efforts as a one-man band to managing a dynamic, 10-member crew for multi-day, we adapt to every project’s needs. Whether it's a comprehensive event or guiding a small, 3-person docu crew on site, our commitment to excellence remains unwavering. We ensure that every production is tailored to deliver the best results.
